Image that you are walking through life with a large mirror attached to your face. And only sometimes when your eyes swerve to the left or right you catch a glimpse of something different that lurks behind the mirror. And you shudder and immediately face forward again to the familiar view of your visage.
That is how our brain works. Intellect is only 10% capacity of human brains and most of us are not even using that fully, maybe Einstein did. We think we will know one day how the world began and the meaning of life by observing space and doing mathematical equations. We will fix things with our minds so our lives will be perfect and forever.
Well The real story is that we are only rearranging the pimples on our face because that is all we are capable of seeing in the mirror. The real story lies behind the mirror and we can only know it with an about switch or smash, thus acknowledging that we have not yet accessed the 90% brain capacity that we have been endowed with, being so enamoured with our ego, equivalent of our amazing intellects that demands to be in control always and has firmly ensconced the mirror in its place. We will not fix the world by analyzing, using pricey creams or doing cosmetic surgery. The mirror may show us a slight change but it is all superficial.
We need to let go of our attachment to ego, or intellect which means also letting go of information, technology and all the other perceived symbols of progress of man's genius and be open to a life without the mirror and not knowing what you and life looks like. Living in limbo and openess to the unknown until it decides to show itself. No labels or manipulations or manifestations or useless information.
