Men talk about feminism in a way that makes it seem like women are trying too “overpower” men? It’s basically like admitting you don’t wanna lose your privilege and control in this world, because you’re too scared of women being equally as privileged and have the same basic human rights as you. And so far except for a couple of countries, women have been undermined and shafted in politics and other leadership roles for exactly this reason.
There are hierarchal ways of leading which men prefer; and cooperative models of leadership which come more naturally to women.
Men war, women make peace…and that is why you hardly ever hear of women being Nazis.
Our world right now is an example of “extreme male rule” and men who are afraid of women’s power make them shut women’s mouths and eyes and live in the shadows.
Religions particularly put women down. Some more than others. Islamic Terrorism is an extreme example where women are clothed from head to toe and not allowed to go to school, drive a car or have a bank account.
A number of young men in the West are attracted to it because of this fear of becoming redundant in society. So they join Incel Groups, a subculture that is part of the broader “manosphere,” a collection of online male supremacist and anti-feminist movements. Margaret Atwood described it brilliantly in “Handmaiden’s Tale”.
An old prophecy in Indigenous Lore, specifically Lakota, says that this patriarchal world will come to an end when the White Buffalo Calf will come, in a period of great difficulty, to restore harmony and balance.
